Dear Steve, Since 1997, you have been supplying superb prime-rib to our friend Joe Cusumano, owner of Chugger's in Richmond, Virginia, for our Annual VCU French Film Festival. The Sunday night closing dinner party at Chugger's is an important moment of the festival and makes for a strong memory that the actors and directors keep of their stay in Richmond. The tradition of having the Chugger's dinner featuring this spectacular cut of prime-rib has become one of the hallmarks of the Festival. Our French guests have been hosted by some of the world's finest chefs, but they all insist that the prime-rib at the closing dinner is without any doubt the best that they have tasted in their lives anywhere. In fact, French Actors and directors who have been to the dinner always ask us each year: "Will you still be serving that prime-rib at Chugger's?" making sure that their colleagues and friends in the French film industry will have the same unforgettable dining experience.
